For low back pain, the next yoga position is called the wall. This pose places gentle pressure on the spine, drawing attention to the midline. This stretch can be deepened by using pillows or blocks. Your arms can reach to the wall while your neck is aligned and your head is in line with the spine.

The next pose to relieve low back pain is to lift your left leg up and bend your elbows. Then, lift your right arm toward your chest and raise your body off the floor, supporting your lower back with the left leg. Breathe in and out of your right thigh and hold the pose for 20-30 seconds. This exercise can be repeated four to five times. You will be able to strengthen your lower back and stretch it by achieving this position.

Sphinx Pose, a yoga pose that is great for low back pain, is an excellent choice. It stretches the spine and hamstrings and creates a calming sensation. Sphinx, similar to Locust Pose and the Locust Pose is a long-legged spinal column that's great for opening the hips and reducing stress.
