Teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh

Thich Nhat Hanh's Teachings focus on living simple, in harmony and peace with the earth and other people. The Plum village Way of Living is a way to learn more about life and reconnect with our true nature. Nine senior teachers have been studying under Thich Nhat Hánh and are now teaching the teachings of Thich Nath Hanh, a Vietnamese Buddhist monk who was killed at the Tu Hieu Temple, Hue, Vietnam. They will share insights derived from Thay's writings.

The teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh are based on the traditions of eleven monasteries and practice centers located across the world. The Plum Village Tradition contains forty tenets describing the teachings and practices of Thich Nhat Hanh, each focusing on a particular aspect. This text is often used as the basis for Mindfulness Trainings. These teachings are also rooted in the Buddhist tradition of the past.

How To Care For Children With Autism

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD), is a neurodevelopmental condition that causes impairments in social communication and repetitive behaviours. ASD affects approximately 1 in 50 people. There is no cure.

Around 18 months, the first signs usually start to appear in infancy. Common signs include difficulty understanding others emotions, difficulties with language development, inability to make eye contact, difficulty understanding other people's emotions and difficulty learning new skills.
